There are approximately 40,000 types of products on our site. Approximately 15,000 kinds of products are ready in our warehouses. These products, which are presented on our site with the "same day shipping" label, are shipped to the cargo on the day the order is placed. The remaining 25,000 types of products are procured from manufacturers or importers from the moment the order is placed.

Problems may arise in the supply of products and in the delivery of orders due to the depletion of some products in the stocks of the manufacturer or importer, and the inability of the manufacturers or importers to provide regular stock information.

The stock information given on our site is provided by manufacturers and importers. In case the products in your orders are exhausted in the stocks of the manufacturers or importers, you will be contacted and a similar and suitable product will be suggested, which is closest to the product in your order. If you do not want to receive the recommended product, the entire price of the product or the order will be canceled and the fee will be refunded without any deduction. Or, if you approve, a gift voucher for the same amount will be defined. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by such reasons, and thank you for your understanding.

There may be typographical errors in the product information and prices published on www.cihanav.com, the right of price correction is reserved when such errors occur. If the customer does not accept the corrected price, the order is canceled.

Delivery Area

Our delivery area covers every place within the borders of Türkiye. For addresses outside the city and district centers and for places where delivery is operationally impossible by the Contracted Cargo, your shipment can be left at the nearest branch to the recipient, and can be sent by informing the recipient or by telephone notification.

Delivery time

Your orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If the cargo companies we work with cannot reach anyone at the delivery address, they leave a compass at the door. On this compass, there are addresses and telephone numbers of the cargo branch that delivers to you. The cargo branch will keep your parcel for 3 days and if it cannot reach you, it will send your order back to us. When you cannot receive your cargo because you are not at your address, you can reach your cargo branch according to the information on the compass and get detailed information about the delivery.

Products labeled Same Day Shipping means products available in our dispatch warehouse. In order for your order to be shipped on the same day, all of the product or products in the order must bear the 'Same Day Shipping' label and must be approved by 16:00 on the business day the order is placed. We do not have same day cargo service on Saturday and Sunday.

Exchange - Refund - Cancellation

Within 7 days from the day you receive the product you purchased from the cargo, under the following conditions

Shipping cost

For the products delivered in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee is covered by us for your purchases of 250.00 TL or more. In case of hunting cartridges, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer, even if more than 250.00 TL is purchased for parcel-based purchases. For your purchases under 250.00 TL, the shipping fee is paid by you. For your purchases below 250.00 TL, the shipping fee varies according to the product's design.

Pay at the door

If you wish, you can pay the cost of your order anywhere in Turkey by using the cash on delivery method.

For all your cash on delivery orders, +10.00 TL is reflected on your payment as a collection service fee at the door.
