Rights and liabilities of the parties
Order and Delivery
- Orders placed outside of working hours are processed within the first working hour following the order.
- Product delivery is made with a contracted cargo company within 1 to 10 working days, depending on the distance of your settlement. The customer is informed of delays that may occur due to disruptions in product stocks or prolonged bank approval process, and his order is canceled if he wishes.
- The product you choose among the products with the phrase "In Stock and Same Day Shipping" will be sent on the same day.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order due to delays and losses that may occur in the cargo.
- The customer must provide the correct delivery address when ordering the product. When the product is delivered to the specified address, the seller fulfills its delivery duty. The seller is not responsible for false information.
- Packages that you find to be damaged during delivery should not be accepted, a report should be kept if possible and we should be notified. If a new delivery is requested, it will be carried out as soon as possible.
- For orders made by money order/EFT, the Payment Notification Form must be filled after the money order/eft transaction is completed in order for the order to be approved.
- In the EFT transaction, CIHANAV DOĞA SPORTLARI should be written in the receiver section.
- Orders that are not paid within 3 working days will be cancelled.
- You can get information about the use of the product you will order (especially for products whose return is subject to certain conditions) from the technical support unit before ordering.
- Within 7 days from the date of delivery, you can return any product and the contents of the box (booklet-Warranty certificate, etc.) The sales invoice (with all copies) must be submitted with the product. If the invoice is in the name of the company, a return invoice must be issued. If the invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations are non-refundable.
- Any scratches, tears, tape-labels, usage, missing in the box contents, etc. on the original packaging or product. Returns are not accepted if there are problems. In case of product return, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
- The return process begins after it is determined whether the product complies with the return conditions.
- The reflection of your refund in your account varies according to your payment method. If the payment is made by credit card, when the product return is approved, the bank is instructed to cancel the transaction and the bank starts the refund process. In payments by wire transfer and EFT, the amount is deposited to your bank account number. In case of product return, the shipping cost will be deducted when making a refund.
- Returns cannot be accepted for some special items. These products are sold under the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Firearm, Airgun, Firearms)
- You should send the products you want to return in the appropriate package to protect them from damage that may occur during shipping. In particular, send electronic and fragile products in a secure packaging. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any damage in the cargo.
Warranty conditions
- The products offered for sale on the site are under the guarantee of importer companies or authorized services.
- The warranty period of the products you purchase is determined by law and is at least 1 year. In some products, this period may be over 2 years. You can learn about these products from the product details or from our company. (There is no guarantee for clothing products.)
- The product that fails within the warranty period is sent to our company if there is no authorized service. For some products, only authorized services can provide technical service. The necessary information is available in the catalogs of these products.
- Defective products must be delivered to our company in a safe package against any damage that may occur during shipping. Shipping cost belongs to the customer.
- In some cases, the product may be out of warranty. These are errors caused by user fault. (such as falling, breaking, burning, high voltage, careless use, unauthorized repair, etc.)
Other Provisions
- The seller is not responsible for price errors that may occur due to system errors.
- The parties accept this agreement.
- In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the BUYER's (Customer) or SELLER's settlement are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
